When executives see results like this their instinct is to fire off an email reminding everyone of the strategy. Yet this is unlikely to solve the problem.
The same research suggests (see picture above) that nearly half the top team —in other words, those responsible for crafting the organisation’s strategy — don’t know the organisations top three priorities either!
